BYORA Group Launches Botanical Home Care Development Platform, Led by Flagship Brand Oracolewood

The Australian consumer products group brings botanical ingredient development, fragrance creation and household care product design into one connected model.

Australia, 22nd Jul 2026 — BYORA Group Australia Pty Ltd, operating as BYORA Group, announced the launch of its Botanical Home Care development platform, a Group-wide model designed to support the creation of household care products and future consumer brands.

The platform brings together botanical ingredient selection, fragrance development, formulation, packaging design, manufacturing partnerships and international supply-chain collaboration. Its first commercial focus is fabric care, led by Oracolewood, BYORA Group’s flagship botanical fabric care brand.
Rather than positioning botanical home care as a broad lifestyle concept alone, BYORA Group said the platform will focus on turning specific botanical and fragrance ideas into practical everyday products, including laundry washes, laundry scent boosters, garment care products and fabric fragrance mists.

Oracolewood Leads the First Phase
As the first brand developed within the platform, Oracolewood combines fabric care with a more considered approach to fragrance.
Its product direction draws on botanical ingredients, essential-oil-led fragrance development and layered scent profiles. These range from white floral and sandalwood compositions to clean cotton, white musk, rose, aromatic woods and green botanical notes.
Through products across laundry care, garment care and fabric fragrance, Oracolewood is designed to bring a more refined sensory experience to everyday clothing and household fabrics, while maintaining practical performance for regular use.
BYORA Group said Oracolewood will remain the principal brand through which the Group develops and tests its botanical fabric care approach before extending the model into additional household care categories.

A More Connected Product Development Model
Under the new model, fragrance creation, formulation, packaging and manufacturing will no longer be treated as separate stages.
Instead, product concepts will be developed around a shared direction from the beginning. A botanical or fragrance idea may therefore influence not only the formula, but also the product format, packaging materials, visual identity and intended household ritual.
This approach is intended to give BYORA Group and Oracolewood greater consistency across product development while allowing individual collections and fragrance profiles to maintain their own character.
The Group will continue working with international ingredient suppliers, fragrance partners and manufacturing specialists as it expands the Oracolewood range and evaluates future household care categories.

Next Stage of Development
Following the launch of the platform, BYORA Group will focus on expanding the Oracolewood fabric care portfolio, developing additional fragrance directions and strengthening its product development and manufacturing partnerships.
Further announcements relating to new Oracolewood products, market expansion and future BYORA Group household care projects will be released separately as they are confirmed.

Company Information
BYORA Group Australia Pty Ltd is an Australian consumer products company focused on botanical home care. Based in Melbourne, BYORA Group develops household care brands through botanical ingredient development, fragrance creation, product design and international manufacturing collaboration.
Oracolewood is BYORA Group’s flagship botanical fabric care brand, with products spanning laundry care, garment care and fabric fragrance.

TechZavy Inc Wins 2026 IABE National Excellence Award

TechZavy Inc, a Minneapolis-based IT firm specializing in cloud migration and digital transformation, has been named a 2026 IABE National Excellence Award winner — a distinction earned by fewer than 1 in 1,000 businesses evaluated nationwide.

Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States, 22nd Jul 2026 — TechZavy Inc, a Minneapolis-based provider of cloud migration, platform modernization, and digital transformation services, has been named a 2026 National Excellence Award winner by the International Association for Business Excellence (IABE) — one of the highest distinctions an organization can receive from IABE, and a recognition earned by fewer than 1% of businesses evaluated nationwide.

Unlike local or regional honors, the National Excellence Award is reserved for organizations whose standard of operation stands out not just in their city or state, but across the entire country. IABE evaluates thousands of applicants every year against five rigorous, published criteria — Digital Presence, Customer Reputation, Operational Standing, Industry Tenure, and Professional Integrity — and the overwhelming majority do not qualify at the national level. To earn this recognition, an organization must demonstrate excellence that is consistent, verifiable, and sustained at a scale most companies never reach.

TechZavy Inc met every one of those standards, placing the firm among an elite group — the highest caliber of information technology companies operating anywhere in the United States.

“This is not a recognition we take lightly,” said a representative of TechZavy Inc. “Earning national-level distinction from an independent organization like IABE, when fewer than one in 1,000 businesses evaluated ever reach this tier, confirms something we’ve worked toward for years: that the standard we hold ourselves to isn’t just talk. It’s measurable, and now it’s been independently verified on a national stage.”

TechZavy Inc specializes in cloud migration, platform modernization, and digital transformation for government agencies and enterprise clients nationwide, with expertise spanning legacy system migration, multi-cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, and Oracle, healthcare IT integration, AI-driven analytics, and IoT solutions. The firm’s client base includes state government agencies entrusting TechZavy with mission-critical infrastructure — work that leaves no margin for error and demands exactly the kind of precision, security, and reliability this award confirms.

This recognition places TechZavy Inc in rare company: a small circle of nationally distinguished organizations spanning every industry in America, evaluated and confirmed to operate at a level most businesses never approach. For current and prospective clients weighing who they can trust with complex, high-stakes IT work, that distinction speaks louder than any marketing claim could — and it further cements Minneapolis’s growing reputation as a hub for high-performing technology firms.

MIKEADV Marks 20th Year in Design Business

Firm represents the latest in the Mirando family’s 110-year tradition of design innovation

United States, 22nd Jul 2026 — MIKEADV CORP, a leading Boston-based award-winning Integrated Marketing Communications agency known for handcrafted logo design, web development, and search engine optimization (SEO) services, today announced that it is marking its 20th year in business. The anniversary comes 110 years after agency founder Mike Miranda’s great-uncles, Felix and Mike Miranda — known as Mirando — came to the United States from Italy and started the Imperial Knife Company. In a tribute to his great-uncle, MIKEADV CORP’s Founder Mike Miranda was named after him, carrying not just his name, but it seems, his gift for design.

Like MIKEADV, Imperial Knife Co. was committed to design excellence. “My great-uncle, after whom I was named, was a master of design and manufacturing craft,” explained Mike. “This talent with design runs in the family, apparently, and has been my inspiration in all my client work. As design increasingly gets absorbed into AI-driven processes, I feel the need for true design work is all the more urgent.” Virtually every early-stage client concept at MIKEADV is drawn by hand. “We’re pencil and paper guys,” Mike added. “From my brain to the paper; that’s really the only way to design something that stands out. The digitization comes later. My great-uncle understood this well, and the success he enjoyed with Imperial Knife Company bears it out.”

Felix and Mike Mirando were immigrants from Frosolone in Italy’s Molise region. In 1916, they founded the Imperial Knife Company, originally making skeletons for “Waldemar,” or pocket watch chain knives, for nearby jewelry businesses in Rhode Island. They also developed a number of successful innovations in the manufacture of affordable folding pocket knives. The company grew to be the largest knife manufacturer in the United States, supplying knives to the U.S. Army during World War II.

“Imperial Knife thrived even during the era of mass production,” Mike reflected. “They were able to do this because they were obsessed with craft. We’re going through a similar phase now with AI, which represents mass automated design. We respond with obsessive handcraft. It’s the same family instinct, playing out in a new century.”

Golec Music Studio Named 2026 IABE Regional Excellence Award Winner

Golec Music Studio, founded and led by Dr. Beata Golec in Victor, NY, has been named a 2026 IABE Regional Excellence Award winner — a distinction earned by fewer than 1% of businesses evaluated, placing the studio among the top organizations across all of New York.

Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States, 22nd Jul 2026 — Golec Music Studio, founded and led by Dr. Beata Golec, has been named a 2026 Regional Excellence Award winner by the International Association for Business Excellence (IABE) — one of IABE’s highest honors, earned by fewer than 1% of businesses evaluated. This recognition places Golec Music Studio among the top organizations across the entire state of New York.

IABE evaluates every applicant against five rigorous, published criteria — Digital Presence, Customer Reputation, Operational Standing, Industry Tenure, and Professional Integrity — and only 1 in 1,000 organizations meet the bar required for regional-level recognition. Golec Music Studio met every one of those standards, demonstrating a depth of reputation, consistency, and impact that placed Dr. Golec’s studio among an elite circle of regionally distinguished organizations spanning every industry throughout New York.

“This recognition means a great deal, both personally and for the studio,” said Dr. Beata Golec. “Music education is built on trust — parents and students are placing years of their growth in your hands. To be independently evaluated and named among such a select group of organizations across New York is an extraordinary honor, and one that reflects everything this studio has worked to build.”

Founded in Victor, New York, Golec Music Studio offers piano, voice, music theory, and composition instruction alongside Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate exam preparation — areas where Dr. Golec brings unique authority as a member of both boards of examiners. The studio also supports students through college audition preparation, music theater and production auditions, and competition readiness, while hosting biannual Young Musicians’ Concerts that have become fundraising cornerstones for local food pantry and music ministry programs in the Rochester area.

Dr. Golec’s own career reflects the same standard of excellence this award recognizes. A Polish-born pianist, composer, and theorist, she has performed at Carnegie Hall, the Eastman Theater, and internationally across Poland, Austria, Spain, and the Czech Republic. Her recent honors include the 2026 Trusted Business Award, the BBB Torch Award for Ethics, and recognition as the honoree of the Ontario County ATHENA Leadership Awards — alongside feature coverage in Enterprise World Magazine, Rochester Woman Magazine, and Bold Journey Magazine.

This Regional Excellence Award adds to that growing list of recognitions — but stands apart as an independent, third-party confirmation that Golec Music Studio operates at a level few organizations across New York ever reach.

You can view the official recognition page here: Golec Music Studio — 2026 IABE Excellence Award Winner

STARTRADER Introduces 24/7 US Stock CFDs Across NVIDIA, Apple, Meta, and Leading Global Equities

Dubai, UAE, July 22nd, 2026, FinanceWire

STARTRADER today launches 42 new 24/5 US Stock CFDs and announces the introduction of 43 new 24/7 US Stock CFDs from 27 July 2026, expanding its offering to 85 new instruments.

STARTRADER today announced the launch of 42 new 24/5 US Stock CFDs and confirmed 43 new 24/7 US Stock CFDs from 27 July 2026, giving clients direct access to 85 widely traded names.

The 24/5 range spans technology, energy, healthcare, finance, and industrials, covering Boeing, SpaceX, Mastercard, and Palo Alto Networks across themes including defence modernisation, cybersecurity, and aerospace innovation.

From 27 July 2026, the 24/7 stock CFD range addresses one of the most persistent constraints in equity trading: exchange schedules. Available from Monday through Sunday, 00:00–24:00 (GMT+3 platform time), it covers CFDs on AI and semiconductor leaders NVIDIA, Apple, Microsoft, and AMD; platform economy giants Meta, Alphabet, Amazon, and Palantir; financial anchors JPMorgan and Visa; and emerging-sector names including Tesla, Circle Internet Group, and AST SpaceMobile.

As market-moving events increasingly occur outside traditional trading hours, the ability to respond without restriction has become one of the most meaningful advantages a broker can offer. STARTRADER’s commitment is structural: a product architecture built around the pace at which the world moves and the needs of clients across every time zone.

“Our clients follow markets across time zones, make decisions over weekends, and receive news at midnight. This launch is built around that reality, giving every client equal access, wherever they are and at any hour.” Peter Karsten, Chief Executive Officer, STARTRADER

With a growing global client base and a clear direction toward broader, deeper market access, STARTRADER is actively building the next phase of its product offering, one where the barriers between clients and the markets they want to trade continue to narrow.

Trading CFDs involves a significant risk of loss and may not be suitable for all investors. Please ensure you fully understand the risks before trading.

Robert Flores Flagler Beach Raises Awareness Around Real Estate Education

Florida, USA, Jul 22, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — Robert Flores, a Florida real estate professional based in Flagler Beach and Palm Coast, is raising awareness about the importance of real estate education, transparency, and long-term thinking as Florida communities continue to grow.

Flores, who works in residential real estate through Palmcoasting.com and serves as Managing Partner at Vellum Capital Partners, believes buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners benefit when they better understand the market around them.

“Real estate is rarely just about the property,” Flores said. “There is usually a bigger goal behind every decision. It could be a family finding the right home or an investor looking to create long-term value.”

Florida remains one of the nation’s most active growth states. U.S. Census Bureau data has shown strong population growth across Florida metro areas, while Florida Realtors reported that the state’s 2024 housing market saw more new listings, increased active inventory, and stabilizing prices. At the same time, the National Association of Realtors reported that first-time buyers made up only 24% of homebuyers in 2024, a historic low.

Flores says those figures point to a clear need for more education and clearer communication.

“People deserve transparency and honest communication,” Flores said. “When they understand their options, they can move forward with more confidence.”

Through his work in Flagler Beach, Palm Coast, and broader Florida markets, Flores has seen how fast-changing conditions can affect families, businesses, and investors. He believes real estate professionals have a responsibility to help people understand not only transactions, but also the communities and long-term goals connected to them.

“People are attracted to this area because it still has a strong sense of community,” Flores said. “There are opportunities here, but there is also a quality of life that people value.”

Flores is also using his platform to support greater awareness around responsible growth. In coastal and expanding communities, he believes local market knowledge matters. Growth can bring opportunity, but it also requires thoughtful attention to infrastructure, local business needs, housing demand, and community character.

“Communities are strongest when growth and long-term planning work together,” Flores said.

The Federal Reserve has noted that housing is the largest expense for many families and that housing decisions can have a major effect on economic outcomes. Flores says that is why real estate conversations should be clear, patient, and focused on the person behind the decision.

“People remember how you communicate,” he said. “They remember whether you listened and whether you followed through.”

Flores is encouraging the public to place more value on education, local research, and open conversations before making major real estate decisions. He believes residents, business owners, and investors can all benefit from staying informed about community development, local market activity, and broader Florida real estate trends.

“You build credibility one conversation at a time,” Flores said. “The relationships you invest in today often become the foundation for future opportunities.”

Call to Action

Flores encourages individuals to stay informed about their local real estate markets, follow community growth discussions, review publicly available market information, and ask thoughtful questions when learning about residential or commercial real estate opportunities.

“Business is ultimately about people,” Flores said. “When you focus on helping people understand their options and achieve their goals, everything else tends to follow.”

Katie Nielsen Encourages Families to Have Difficult Conversations Before They Become Legal Problems
  • Texas attorney Katie Nielsen of Carthage says many of life’s most difficult legal disputes begin with conversations that families avoid having until it’s too late.

Texas, USA, Jul 22, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — Families often spend years avoiding uncomfortable conversations about aging parents, financial responsibilities, future healthcare decisions, or what should happen during unexpected life events. According to Texas attorney Katie Nielsen, those conversations are often far easier than dealing with the legal and emotional consequences of never having them at all.

Throughout her career representing clients in family law, probate, estate planning, civil litigation, and criminal matters, Nielsen has seen how misunderstandings, assumptions, and unspoken expectations can turn already difficult situations into lasting family conflict.

“People don’t usually find themselves dealing with legal issues because everything went according to plan,” Nielsen said. “Many problems become much harder because important conversations never happened.”

Research shows these discussions are often delayed. According to Caring.com, nearly 70% of American adults do not have a will, while AARP has found that many families avoid talking about aging, long-term care, or future planning until a health crisis forces those conversations. By then, emotions are often running high, and decisions become far more difficult.

Nielsen believes the issue extends well beyond legal documents.

“Every family is different,” she said. “The goal isn’t to have perfect answers. It’s to make sure people understand one another before decisions have to be made under pressure.”

She encourages families to start with simple conversations rather than waiting until circumstances leave little time to prepare. Talking openly about expectations, responsibilities, healthcare wishes, financial planning, aging parents, and where important information is kept can help reduce confusion and unnecessary stress later.

“People often assume they’ll have more time,” Nielsen said. “Life doesn’t always give us that opportunity.”

The National Institute on Aging encourages families to discuss future care preferences before a medical emergency occurs, noting that advance conversations can make decision-making less stressful for everyone involved. Financial experts have also found that misunderstandings surrounding inheritance, caregiving responsibilities, and family expectations are common sources of conflict after a loved one becomes ill or passes away.

For Nielsen, preparation is not about expecting something to go wrong. It is about allowing families to make thoughtful decisions together while they still have the time and ability to do so.

“The best outcome is often the problem that never becomes a legal dispute,” Nielsen said. “A conversation today can prevent confusion, disagreement, and unnecessary stress tomorrow.”

What Families Can Do This Week

Katie Nielsen encourages families to take a few simple steps before a crisis occurs:

  • Set aside time for an honest conversation about plans instead of waiting for an emergency.

  • Talk with aging parents about their wishes while they can comfortably share them.

  • Discuss who would make important healthcare or financial decisions if someone became unable to do so.

  • Make sure trusted family members know where important documents and key information are stored.

  • Talk openly about caregiving expectations before they become immediate responsibilities.

  • Encourage every family member to ask questions rather than make assumptions.

  • Revisit these conversations every few years as circumstances change.

“These conversations don’t have to solve every problem in a single afternoon,” Nielsen said. “The important thing is simply getting started.”

She hopes more families will recognize that planning is not about preparing for the worst. It is about reducing uncertainty, protecting relationships, and giving loved ones greater peace of mind.
